90 Day Challenge Successes:
I’m on Day 25 of the 90 Day Challenge and the days are FLYING because I’m just working it! LOL so I have not at all been able to keep up with posting everyday, and Thanksgiving week really shook up my routine schedule. I got back in my RED which is SUPER exciting, so much so that I haven’t really celebrated because I’m on the go always, haha. Back in the top 9% feels great, and I’m on the fast track to earning the New Orleans Leadership trip for my bday weekend!
I have a growing team and I’m loving it. I love sharing this business with women who want to design their own life. I was able to be home with my family the entire week of Thanksgiving and it was glorious.
Day 4 (Thursday, November 14th):
Had a wonderful day. Still completed the 90 day challenge for today! Had an awesome coffee date with two girls about the opportunity and I love that I can be real with people and not have to put up a front because the opportunity really is so amazing. Also had my 2nd 6am personal training session and did arms, and I can’t even scratch the top of my back today. Ha. Sold a mascara when I got home, which is always a bonus. Then at 10pm I had the most awesome career survey ever with a SUPER genuine sweet girl that is in Fashion Design at DAAP. Loved her. I’m so excited to help girls design their own life!
Had a great day! Even though I was soooo incredibly sore from personal training, I made it through! Haha
I ended the day with 10 more bookings than I had before, I held 1 career survey, and got caught up with some emails for bookings. I had our weekly unit meeting, which is a great part of my week and was Queen of Bookings (which is a spot I like to hold!)
Also had a coffee date with a new friend who has been successful with Advocare and it was awesome to be on the same page as someone and excited about a new business relationship!
So I reached out to 76 referrals!
Got 2-4 new bookings
And held 2 share calls today, booking 2 more!
Also I started my personal training today, waking up at 5:25 for a 6am session, which was hard but super exhilarating! I’m really liking this whole 90 day thing.. It’s great to have something to work toward.
Had an amazing weekend in Isle of Palms for our Fall Retreat and FINALLY feel like I am where I’m supposed to be in my business. So Mary Kay corporate is building a brick wall at corporate office with the names of directors on it that debut by June 2014. So we got real bricks at our retreat and wrote a word to replace our fears and we have to take it with us everywhere! LOL
We’ve been challenged to do a 90 day Challenge and EVERYDAY for 90 days do the following:
1 new name, 1 booking, 5 calls (with answers, no messages), & 1 career survey
Yesterday (Day 1) was a little tricky, but I finished. I had texted about 8-10 girls to help me out and no such luck, which the big takeaway from that is that I would have never even reached out to people on a typical Monday, but Nelson ended up watching a video and giving his feedback! Which actually is extremely valuable when your husband is on board with what your endeavors are. I know this is going to be challenging, but I know it’s what I am willing to do to move myself to the next level. I’m excited to see where this takes my business!
There were a LOT of obstacles this day but I worked through them!
I had my phone shut off around noon (had a new one next day shipped) and had to work with only texting and facetime in wifi. SO that was a MAJOR hang up! BUT I am SOOOO extremely close to finishing up 50 faces this month so I was not about to let that hold me back!
I FaceTime facial’d my friend Amanda. That was hilarious and awesome.
Do whatever it takes!!!
I followed up with customers from the beginning of the month, made 1 hr of booking calls and have over 10 bookings on my datebook! This is the contents of my work bag from not organizing when I’ve seen 40 faces this month! Finished Genx Elite today (30+ faces, $1,000 whole sale or more, 1 new team member or more)
So on day 2 I worked from home, sent orders from the party the night before of items I didn’t have on hand, then I reached out to businesses about our women’s networking event, and made 30minutes of booking calls before 9pm (we were driving around town all evening to pick up a dining table and didn’t plan on that happening, haha) did some housekeeping voxing with Emily about events coming up, as well as plugging in to our units group to give girls some tips and useful info :-)
